Do you allow patients with no mask to walk into the surgery?

No. Wearing masks upon entry is strictly required. As we observe a “high level of precaution” when handling patients amid the COVID-19 pandemic, we expect patients to do their role in prevention – mainly wearing masks and proper disinfection.

Do you provide patients with masks if they don’t have one?

Yes. In instances the patient doesn’t have a face mask, we gladly provide them with one. Just let us know in case you don’t have a face mask.

Do you ask patients to wait outside until their appointment?

Yes. Patients are requested to wait in their car or outside of the surgery until the time of their appointment.

One of our staffs will contact you via phone call when they are ready for you. We ask for you to have your phone available while waiting.
